Stanard Bradley NAMED AAA PARKING'S MANAGER OF THE QUARTER

Atlanta — AAA Parking is proud to announce Mobile Area Manager, Stanard Bradley, as the company’s Manager of the 2nd Quarter for 2011.

Stanard Bradley began his career at AAA Parking as an overnight bellman and valet just four years ago at the Renaissance Riverview and Battle House hotels in Mobile, Alabama.  Bradley’s talents were quickly recognized and he was promoted to overnight supervisor just a few months later.  After moving to a daytime position not long after, Stanard was presented an opportunity in July 2009 to become Operations Manager for Renaissance Riverview Plaza and then Mobile Area Manager in July of this year.

Reflecting on his award, Bradley offered some simple but effective advice, “The keys to running a successful operation revolve around having valets that will work hard for you each and every day.  Obviously when situations arise that need to be handled, you handle them accordingly, but if you take care of your employees, they will take care of you.” 

Evidence of Stanard’s effectiveness is the fact that the Guest Satisfaction Survey scores for the two properties under his supervision rank among the highest in the Renaissance brand in the area of arrival experience and departure experience. Stanard sees these scores as the barometer of his personal success.

Stanard enjoys college football but chooses to not name his favorite team due to the fierce rivalries between Alabama football teams.  Bradley is also an avid book reader, particularly those about military history, which was his college major.  “Trust me, these books are page turners for the masses,” stated Bradley about some of his favorite reads.
